About the Event
Rose Fest 2026 brings The 69 Boyz to Jacksonville for a live performance on Saturday, October 31, alongside a Halloween costume contest and a community fundraising initiative.
Known for their 1990s party anthem "Tootsee Roll," The 69 Boyz helped define an era of Southern hip-hop and dance music. The group's high-energy sound and recognizable hits remain favorites at parties and celebrations.
The event combines live entertainment with a Halloween costume contest, giving attendees an opportunity to enjoy music and show off their costumes.
Rose Fest also supports important community causes. A portion of the event proceeds will benefit local organizations working in breast cancer awareness and domestic violence.
The event begins at 7 PM at 29 W 6th Street in Jacksonville. Tickets are on sale, with food and admission included in the ticket purchase.
