Prestige Workforce is a Jacksonville employment and career development organization dedicated to creating meaningful career opportunities for individuals with physical, mental, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.
Founded by Jada Williams, the organization works with job seekers to identify their strengths, develop workplace skills, prepare for interviews, create professional resumes, and connect with employment opportunities that fit their abilities and career goals.
Services include career guidance, job placement, work-readiness and etiquette training, money-management education, professional resumes, career workshops, on-the-job training, self-advocacy training, and youth peer mentoring.
Prestige Workforce also works with Florida Vocational Rehabilitation and partners with employers to provide candidate matching, employee support, mediation, and other resources designed to encourage successful and inclusive employment.
